Baltic character. Our own take on fish.
We like to prepare fish in different ways: preserving familiar flavors, discovering unexpected combinations, and reimagining the classics. That’s why our menu pairs smørrebrød with forshmak alongside pike cheburek, while Fish & Chips sits next to Cod Kiev.
